變速箱進(jìn)水主要是從通氣孔進(jìn)入。因?yàn)樽兯傧洳⒉皇峭耆忾]的，水本身就有可能從通氣孔直接進(jìn)入。而且在變速箱運(yùn)行時(shí)如果遇水受冷，且水位較高，還有可能借通氣孔把水吸進(jìn)去。一般來說，變速箱進(jìn)水主要由以下兩種情況引起：

The water entering the gearbox mainly enters through the vent hole. Because the gearbox is not completely enclosed, water itself may enter directly through the ventilation holes. Moreover, if the gearbox encounters cold water during operation and the water level is high, it is possible to suck water in through the ventilation holes. Generally speaking, gearbox water ingress is mainly caused by the following two situations:

情況一：水沒過車輪2/3以上

Scenario 1: The water has submerged more than 2/3 of the wheels

第一種情況是汽車進(jìn)水。具體判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是如果水沒過車輪的2/3以上，那么變速箱進(jìn)水的概率在80%到90%左右，如果水已經(jīng)沒過儀表臺(tái)的位置，那么變速箱100%已經(jīng)進(jìn)水。

The first scenario is that the car is flooded with water. The specific judgment criteria are that if the water has not reached more than 2/3 of the wheels, the probability of water entering the gearbox is around 80% to 90%. If the water has already reached the dashboard, then the gearbox is 100% water filled.

情況二：會(huì)車時(shí)水浪進(jìn)入變速箱

Scenario 2: Water waves enter the gearbox during the meeting

第二種情況是在會(huì)車時(shí)，如果路面積水過多，那么激起的浪花打在車身上，也有可能導(dǎo)致變速箱進(jìn)水。

The second scenario is when there is too much water on the road surface during a meeting, which can cause waves to hit the vehicle and potentially lead to water ingress into the gearbox.

當(dāng)變速箱進(jìn)水后，變速箱油的性能會(huì)受到嚴(yán)重的影響，不單單是潤滑性能受損，變速箱油的傳遞動(dòng)力的性能也會(huì)下降，進(jìn)而使離合器片出現(xiàn)打滑，隨即油溫升高，這也會(huì)導(dǎo)致水蒸氣的產(chǎn)生甚至使油水混合物出現(xiàn)沸騰，這些粘稠的物質(zhì)還會(huì)堆積到閥體內(nèi)造成閥體的堵塞，從而影響到變速箱的控制系統(tǒng)。

When the gearbox is filled with water, the performance of the gearbox oil will be seriously affected, not only the lubrication performance will be damaged, but also the power transmission performance of the gearbox oil will decrease, which will cause the clutch plates to slip and the oil temperature to rise. This will also lead to the generation of water vapor and even cause the oil-water mixture to boil. These viscous substances will accumulate in the valve body, causing blockage of the valve body and affecting the control system of the gearbox.

在車輛涉水后，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)車輛掛擋不走，又或者加油時(shí)出現(xiàn)異常的抖動(dòng)，新動(dòng)力建議車友們還是盡快聯(lián)系修理廠進(jìn)行檢修，避免造成更大的損失。

變速箱進(jìn)水分三種程度

Three levels of water ingress into the gearbox

1、嚴(yán)重進(jìn)水：觀察油水混合物即可辨別

1. Severe water ingress: can be identified by observing the oil-water mixture

變速箱進(jìn)水比較嚴(yán)重的，可以通過放油直接觀察。具體做法是把變速箱里的油排出來，如果進(jìn)水較多觀察油水混合物的顏色和黏稠程度就能判斷。

If the gearbox has serious water ingress, it can be directly observed by draining the oil. The specific method is to drain the oil from the gearbox. If there is a lot of water entering, observe the color and viscosity of the oil-water mixture to determine.

2、中度進(jìn)水：油底殼出現(xiàn)白色沉淀物

2. Moderate water ingress: white sediment appears on the oil pan

如果通過放油無法確定是否進(jìn)水，這時(shí)候需要做進(jìn)一步的檢查。具體做法是把油底殼拆卸下來進(jìn)行觀察。因?yàn)槿绻兯傧溥M(jìn)水，油和水混合之后會(huì)產(chǎn)生一種白色的乳合物，并附著在油底殼上，如果觀察到有這種沉淀物，那么變速箱就已經(jīng)屬于中度進(jìn)水。

If water ingress cannot be determined by draining oil, further inspection is required. The specific method is to disassemble the oil pan for observation. Because if the gearbox is flooded, a white emulsion will be produced after the oil and water mix and adhere to the oil pan. If this sediment is observed, then the gearbox is already moderately flooded.

3、輕度進(jìn)水：變速箱里部分螺絲生銹

3. Mild water ingress: Some screws in the gearbox are rusted

如果用以上兩種做法都無法判斷，則需要通過拆解觀察變速箱里面的螺絲。因?yàn)橛秃退旌现螅瑫?huì)腐蝕鋼性材質(zhì)的螺絲，如果變速箱疑似進(jìn)水以后發(fā)現(xiàn)有部分螺絲生銹，則可以判斷是變速箱輕度進(jìn)水，且含水量不會(huì)過大。

If neither of the above methods can determine, it is necessary to disassemble and observe the screws inside the gearbox. Because when oil and water are mixed, they can corrode screws made of steel materials. If some screws are found to be rusted after the gearbox is suspected to have been flooded, it can be determined that the gearbox is mildly flooded and the water content is not too high.
